He traced the fascinating history of AI, contextualizing its evolution and drawing connections to the modern service desk operations. His overview provided attendees with a clearer understanding of how AI strategies are applied in real-world service desk scenarios.</p> <p>Following Gaspar’s insightful presentation, <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/brendanjbyers/">Brendan Byers</a> from Absolute Software took the stage to share a riveting account of his team’s cloud migration journey. With Highway Three Solutions playing an instrumental role, Brendan highlighted the ease and efficiency of the migration process.
